The giant dictionary
I’ll try to help you, to give you some ideas. You are going to create your first word with this generator. Then, you must decide if it is a noun, a verb, an adjective or an adverb, and you should also give the word a meaning in English!
I will give you an example. I will use letter B as the first letter of my name (Big Friendly Giant, of course!). Then, let’s say I was born in February, the 31st (because here, in the land of the giants, February the 31st exists!). So, my word should have Snug at the beginning, Doop in the middle and it should end in -ing. Snugdooping! Snugdooping is a verb, and it means jumping so high that your head almost touches the clouds.
It is very easy! Now it’s your turn. Remember:
-
Find the combination
-
Decide if your word is a noun, a verb, an adjective or an adverb
-
Give your word a meaning!
-
If you need help to find a meaning, you could use a dictionary. Who knows? Some of our words sound like English words!

Once you have created your first word, you need to create two more. You can use a different combination you like. You can think about the name of your pet, the date of birth of someone in your family…
Finally, when you have created three words, you have to send them to Grandma. You only have to click on the red post box and write your answers. Oh, and it has some security questions, you will find the answers in my explanation or in the giant dictionary.
I can’t do anything else. I hope you can save us from those witches, and I hope you save little Sophie. Good luck, my friends!

Find Sophie, so I can keep learning English!
